ABOUT SPENCER GOLDENBERG
Spencer E. Goldenberg currently serves as the outsourced Chief Financial Officer for Menin Hospitality (MH). One of the nation’s leading real estate companies, MH owns and operates hotels, restaurants, and commercial retail across the United States, with a concentration in the Southeast and Chicago. Through MH, Mr. Goldenberg has worked with premier real estate developer Crescent Heights (CH). The company is the nations leading urban real estate firm on high-rises in major cities across the United States. Mr. Goldenberg’s work with CH includes property acquisitions and tax matters.
Mr. Goldenberg’s designation as a CPA has allowed him to serve on multiple companies' Board of Directors. In addition, he currently chairs an audit committee which is governed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
Mr. Goldenberg currently serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors for StoneMor Partners L.P. (NYSE: STON), including as a member of the Audit Committee since June 2019, and on the Compensation, Nominating, and Governance Committee since Dec. 2019. StoneMor Partners L.P. is a funeral and cemetery products and services provider in the death care industry in the United States.
Mr. Goldenberg currently resides in Miami Beach with his wife and two kids, and their rescue lab mix, Frankie. Mr. Goldenberg is an avid golfer in his free time, enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
